3990-03 series Laskin-Nozzle aerosol generator, built-in compressor, no need for other air source, can work with electricity. It is kind of small particle aerosol generator. Rugged, portable and reliable. As small particle aerosol generator, it can produce 10-100μg/L of polydisperse suspended particulate matter. It is a dust generating equipment for testing biological cabinets, laminar flow hoods, negative pressure filter units, filter modules or movable clean units. Dust generation is for use with all or partial end HEPA filters, it is recommended to use the thermal aerosol generator 3990-02 with a larger flow range.

The product is equipped with a calibrated pressure gauge, which monitors the pressure adjustment value in real time, and only needs 20psi (0.14Mpa), which meets the electrical safety requirements. The 3990-03 aerosol generator, as small particle aerosol generator, can be perfectly matched with the Digital Aerosol Photometer 3990 to test the leak rate of HEPA filters. It is convenient to identify and quantify leak points for reference for repair. The concentration range can be achieved 10-100μg/L, but the flow rate is different due to different generator models.

Easy to Operate

As small particle aerosol generator, 3990-03 adopts stainless steel casing, which will not deform the casing due to excessive pressure, and is easy to clean. It is equipped with a solution viewing window, an oil mist discharge port, and a stainless-steel spout connector, which can lead the polydisperse suspended particles to the test port at a remote location and ensure no leakage.
