Portable Dust Generation Solutions

3990-01 series Laskin-Nozzle aerosol generators are sturdy, portable and reliable, and can generate 10-100μg/L polydisperse suspended particles. It is a dust-generating device for local FFU and biological safety cabinets, clean workbenches and other tests in clean rooms. It can also be used in air-conditioning ventilation systems. Due to the limitation of flow range, there are usually multiple dust source introduction points to implement segmented dust generation. If it is necessary in the air-conditioning ventilation system, dust is generated for all end high-efficiency filters. It is recommended to use the thermal aerosol generator 3990-02 with a larger flow range of heat generation principle.

Flexible Dust Generation Solutions

It can generate polydisperse suspended particles that meet industry standards, and can adjust the concentration output according to actual needs to meet various application needs. The 3990-01 series Laskin-Nozzle aerosol generator can perfectly cooperate with the digital aerosol photometer 3990 to test the leakage rate of the high-efficiency filter, which is convenient for the identification and quantification of leakage points, and provides reference for repair.

The concentration range can be achieved 10-100μg/L, but due to different generator models, the flow rate is different.

Rugged Convenient Design

3990-01 series Laskin-Nozzle aerosol generator, using stainless steel shell, will not cause deformation of the shell due to excessive pressure, easy to clean. Large capacity chamber with stainless steel spout connector, just adjust to the right pressure to work.

Spout Connector

Equipped with a standard stainless steel spout connector (no hose) to direct polydisperse suspended particles to a remote test port without leakage.

Portable Protective Case

Due to the heavy weight of the aerosol generator, when moving or transporting, a portable protective case is sometimes required, with internal scientific design and reasonable placement of relevant components.

If the external air source pressure is greater than 20psi (0.14Mpa), the output concentration will increase, and if it is lower than 20psi (0.14Mpa), the output concentration will decrease.

If testing the concentration of polydisperse suspended particulate matter upstream of the high efficiency filter, it is recommended to open 2 or more Laskin-Nozzles.
