The aerosol photometer Model 3990 is a forward light-scattering, linear digital photometer. The primary application for the 3990 is integrity/leak testing of HEPA/ULPA filtration systems with a compact and light weight, rugged die cast construct, easy to work, portable and friendly large bright true color 5.6inch LCD providing ease of operation and readability.
Because of the Aerosol Noise Suppression function, the testing data will be more stable. The build-in thermal printer supports long term thermal paper printing, real-time data reading and printing at site.

Multi-function Scanning Probe
The scanning probe connect with master unit with a 4m long cable and is able to measure all, even far away from instrument. Displaying in-phase by a 1.8” LCD. with 1D bar-code scanning function, test data classify automatically and traceable.
Build-in Thermal Paper Printer
On board Printer with long term thermal paper for achieving real time printing. The USB port equipped with is intended for interface with the computer to provide data acquisition, transferring, then for data saving and statistical analysis available.
Enhanced Function
The upstream aerosol is indicated and displayed as the practical mass concentration(µg/L), and the Noise suppression performs applies an averaging function on the data collected, avoiding the influence of unstable aerosol concentration and make test data more stable.

Easy Maintenance
Annually calibration will be done by GTI. or authorized partner who is as the qualified servicer after professional system training. Or Calibration by the Authority Institution. Calibration service includes: Re-establish Zero, airflow and voltage confirmation, the necessary cleaning of optical parts and filter counter replacement and etc. The daily recommended maintenance includes: check and clean the internal sampling tube, re-Zeroing and so on.
