Aerosol Generator Model 3990-03 (Built-in Compressor)
The Model 3990-03 is a portable compact aerosol generator, which an on-hoard air compressor supplies the necessary pressure for producing a poly-disperse oil aerosol. No other attaching air source requested.
This aerosol generator providing a wide range of aerosol concentrations, it’s recommended for testing systems with air-flows of 2,000 cfm (3396 m³/h) and lower. It is ideal for workstations, small or portable clean-rooms, bio-safety cabinets, ceiling modules, or HEPA filter units in installation where an adequate supply of clean, compressed air is readily available.
The generator combining with aerosol concentration tester (Photometer or Particle Counter) are used to integrity test or locate leaks in high efficiency air filtration systems by comparing the aerosol concentration between upstream and downstream of the test system.
